OpenAI announced the launch of Custom GPTs on their first DevDay . Basically that means, you can have your own customized GPT on any topic. Let's delve into how you make one for yourself, I'll be guiding you step wise how you can feed the data, train the model for specific outputs and add restrictions on giving unwanted outputs.

1) Create and Configure the GPT - Start off by naming your custom GPT , add a description on what you're trying to achieve , add instructions on what kind of approach your GPT should take while answering , you can refer the example GPT shown below
2) Train your GPT with specific instructions using GPT builder
You can add custom instructions on how the GPT should behave , for example, I have instructed it to breakdown the problem first so the user can understand how it is approaching the problem , you can give as many instructions as you like ,be sure to fine-tune it for accurate outcomes

3) Add knowledge source
You can either allow your GPT to scrape through web or you can feed your own data into it. If you feed your data and turn-off web browsing , then it will act as a data referencer , the accuracy will be high based on tuning and quality of data that is being fed

4) Publish and Start Prompting your personalized GPT
That's it, you can either publish or keep it for your personal use and start using it.
